• Advice and consultancy on all kinds of matters related to Labor Law, Social Security and Personnel Administration.
• Registration of the company or self-employed in the General Treasury of the Social Security.
• Affiliation of workers: advice on hiring, application of bonuses, preparation and processing of contracts, extensions, variations.
• Payroll and social insurance: preparation of monthly payroll, processing of social insurance.
• Special worker situations: processing of medical leave, work accidents, presentation of company certificates in the SEPE, INSS or mutuals as appropriate.
• Cancellations and dismissals: advice and processing of dismissals, preparation and filing of conciliation ballot before CMAC, attendance at the act and management of procedures.
• Completion and management of tax obligations in the labor field.
